WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE COST FOR A PHOTOSHOOT?We will work with your budget to make sure your memories are captured. As each photoshoot is different - for the most accurate estimate please reach out to us directly.
ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?Whether it be London, Ontario or a destination wedding in Hawaii, our team would love to help capture your favourite memories.
I JUST FINISHED A SHOOT WITH YOU? HOW LONG UNTIL I CAN EXPECT OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?We aim to provide a quality product to all of our clients. We also understand that you are eager for your photographs, and therefore aim to provide you highlights within 3-5 business days. The full gallery delivery can take up to 26 weeks.
HOW WILL MY PICTURES BE DELIVERED?Your photographs will be delivered in the highest resolution using an online photograph gallery.
CAN I EXTEND MY SESSION ON THE DAY OF?We understand that events may run behind schedule. Our goal is to capture every amazing moment, and if things go beyond the expected time, we're more than happy to continue shooting at no additional charge, within reasonable boundaries. Please note, this depends on our photographer's availability, but rest assured, we'll do our utmost to accommodate and make it a success!
DO YOU DELIVER EVERY PICTURE YOU TAKE?Our focus is on delivering top quality images to you. We take the initiative to remove test shots, duplicates, missed moments, poor expressions, and any other shots that could compromise the overall quality. Through our meticulous post-production process, we carefully curate the best images from the collection we captured to provide you with the finest results.
CAN YOU PROVIDE THE RAW FILES?We're committed to delivering the best images to you, which is why we recommend against providing raw files. However, if you still prefer them, we can certainly offer them for an additional fee.
ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?To book with us, we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total package cost. This makes sure we set aside your preferred date and time for your special day.
We get that things can come up unexpectedly, so if there's a good reason, we can chat about a partial refund or rescheduling. We really care about your happiness and want you to know that.
